- We offer a very simple and easy 3-day return policy. You can conveniently return any item and avail store credit, within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Please do not accept any order if the package is torn/unsealed at the time of delivery as such orders will not be accepted if returned.
- All discounted items qualify as a final sale and do not qualify for any exchange/returns or refunds.
- The returned items must be unused / unwashed; and returned with original packaging and tags in place.
- Once your return is received by us, a quality check will be performed on the returned items by our quality team.
- If you return items to us that do not comply with the above requirements, we will return them to you at your cost.
- Promptly after we receive your return package your exchange will be processed in 2 working days (if available)
- If the item is not available in stock, we will issue a credit note worth returned product value excluding delivery charges which can be redeemed for placing future orders. The coupon will be valid for a year.
